Please read these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to the 12-Month Design Subscription (the "Subscription"). By subscribing to the Subscription, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Back <- Subscription Overview: The Subscription is a service provided by nim Creative Limited ("We," "Our," or "Us"), offering design assistance for the creation of marketing and sales assets to businesses ("Subscribers" or "You"). The Subscription is subject to the following terms and conditions.
- Scope of Services:
2.1 The Subscription provides design support and assistance exclusively for the creation of marketing and sales assets for Subscribers' businesses.
2.2 The Subscription does not include the following services:
a) Branding or logo creation.
b) Brand guidelines creation or alteration.
c) Modification or alteration of any design work created by a third party.
- Subscription Duration: The Subscription is valid for a period of 12 months, commencing on the date of subscription.
- Subscription Fees and Payment:
4.1 By subscribing to the Subscription, You agree to pay the applicable subscription fee as communicated by Us.
4.2 Subscription fees are payable in advance for the entire 12-month period.
4.3 Payment for the Subscription can be made through the designated payment methods provided by Us.
4.4 Failure to pay the subscription fee may result in the suspension or termination of the Subscription.
- Design Requests:
5.1 Subscribers may submit design requests to Us during the Subscription period.
5.2 Design requests must be related to the creation of marketing and sales assets.
5.3 Design requests that fall outside the scope of the Subscription, as specified in Section 2, will not be fulfilled.
5.4 We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil design requests promptly and to the best of Our abilities.
- Intellectual Property:
6.1 All design assets created by Us during the Subscription period remain the intellectual property of the Subscribers.
6.2 We retain no rights or ownership over the design assets created.
6.3 Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions for any materials provided to Us for design purposes.
- Confidentiality:
7.1 We will treat all information provided by Subscribers as confidential and will not disclose it to any third parties, except as required by law.
7.2 Subscribers agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared by Us during the Subscription.
- Limitation of Liability:
8.1 We strive to provide high-quality design assistance, but We do not guarantee the suitability, accuracy, or effectiveness of the design assets created.
8.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Subscription or the use of design assets created.
8.3 Our total liability for any claims related to the Subscription or the design assets shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by the Subscriber.
- Termination:
9.1 Subscribers may terminate the Subscription at any time by providing written notice to Us. Early termination of subscription will incur a settlement payment of the month of termination.
9.2 Termination by the Subscriber before the completion of the 12-month period does not entitle the Subscriber to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription fee.
9.3 We reserve the right to terminate the Subscription immediately if the Subscriber breaches any of these terms and conditions.
- Amendment: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to Subscribers, and continued use of the Subscription after such communication will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Subscription shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
